The Foundation regularly organizes programs aimed at empowering women and youth for economic development and growth. The initiative have so far directly trained over 110,000 youth and women beneficiaries across all the states in Nigeria plus the Federal Capital Territory.
We have also given seed capital in form of financial grants and business enabling equipments to over 1,100 business owners with 50% being women.

Our skill training faculty and curriculum is highly adaptive and wide ranged. We train in entrepreneurship and employability skills, business skills, Digital and technology skills as well as vocational skills like Facility Management and Cleaning Essentials, Graphics Design, Make up and Gele Tying, Solar Installation, Web Design, Events Management, Catering and Hospitality, Fashion Design and Tailoring, etc.
We have an e-learning platform containing over 60+ skills training complete with practical demonstration, and assessments in audio visual format.
We connect our trainees with financial grants to help pivot their business
We provide access to mentors and peer-to-peer networking for business support and sustainability.
